We can only engrave black and white graphics without shading or gradients. If your logo is in color, this will engrave as black and white, i.e. yellow color will look the same as black color. Do not send screenshots or a photo of a logo in real life usage. We will cancel orders by buyer's request with unworkable logo or low-res file. You may send us a question together with your file to confirm we can use it for engraving before ordering.
